By creating an account or using TintQuotePro you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

TintQuotePro provides a hosted quote tool and lead inbox for window tint shops. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the info you enter (pricing, business details).
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
• After trial, the service requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled from your dashboard.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• The Founder's Lifetime License is a one-time purchase, non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent pricing or services to your customers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Resell the service without our written consent.

Quotes generated by the tool are estimates based on the pricing and rules you configure. You're responsible for the final price you offer to customers. TintQuotePro is not liable for pricing mistakes resulting from how you configured the tool.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue results.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TintQuotePro's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
