TintQuotePro ("we", "us") provides software that helps window tint shops generate quotes and capture leads. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account info you provide at signup (name, email, business details).
• Shop content you save (pricing, branding, reviews, address).
• Lead data submitted by your customers through your quote widget (name, phone, email, vehicle / home details).
• Billing info processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see your full card number.
• Usage data such as page views, IP address, browser type, and error logs.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To send transactional emails (lead notifications, password resets, billing receipts).
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Leads submitted through your quote widget belong to you. We process them on your behalf. You can export or delete leads at any time from your dashboard.

We use the following providers to run the service:

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
• Stripe (payments)
• Lovable Cloud (hosting and email delivery)

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing us. Some records (billing, tax) may be retained as required by law.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
